The Jordie Lunn Bike Park provides a range of local community amenities including a bike terrain park and repair facilities, hiking trails, meeting rooms, cafe, and office facilities for local Vancouver Island cycling facilities. Its concrete and mass-timber construction provide a mix of durability and sustainability for long and hard-wearing use.
We photographed this on a lively late-spring morning to catch the best light on its front and rear elevations, as well as giving an opportunity to catch the community’s most keen and intrepid weekend warriors making use of the natural and constructed terrain.
